Hunt DC will have several hundred participants. In order for everyone to have a good time it is important that players review the schedule below and ensure that they arrive early on the day of the event!
Registration Schedule:
June 3rd – Super Early Bird Registration Opens on SoWhatsTheDeal.com ($18 per player)
June 6th – Early Bird Regular Registration Opens ($26 per player)
June 20th – Regular Registration Opens ($36 per player)
July 8th – Online Registration Closes
July 9th – Day of event. Limited onsite registrations available ($40 per player)
Day of Event Schedule:
11:30 AM – Check-In & Registration begins at Aria Pizzeria & Bar
1:00 PM – Hunt List is distributed and teams are released
5:00 PM – Deadline for teams to return. Teams MUST BE time stamped by a Hunt DC official upon return
5:05 PM – Your first drink is on US!
6:00 PM – APPROXIMATE TIME – Winners Announced
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Because of the unpredictable nature of last minute registrations and in order to encourage early checkin on the day of the event, event T-Shirts will be given out on a First Come First Served basis. Players should arrive early to ensure they snag souvenir their T-Shirt!
